Seminar Facilitation and Development
Noreen develops and facilitates seminars to meet individual and or organisational needs. She has a comprehensive and unique suite of seminars available for clients to view and select in order to assist them to meet the staff training requirements of their choice. This includes a series of signature seminars which are really popular, have been well evaluated and are heavily in demand.
Supervision
As a qualified and trained Professional Supervisor, Noreen works with individuals and or small groups (Managers, Supervisors, Leaders, groups of similarly qualified colleagues, or small teams e.g. departmental colleagues) to: sensitively explore aspects of their professional environment(s) causing concern; empower participants to enhance their professional effectiveness and supports professional advancement.
Supervision can be offered either independently as required or by way of follow up post seminars/staff training.
Mentorship
Noreen provides clinical and or academic mentoring to nursing colleagues who are engaged with undergraduate and postgraduate nursing training. Noreen has been engaged by both Academic Institutions and individuals to provide these services.

Nursing Council of New Zealand Approved Practice Competence Assessor of all Nursing Scopes.
